Prepare your files
Only send the tracks you want in the mix
Send tracks in WAV format with all tracks bounced from the beginning of the session
Have no effect or equalization on any tracks unless it is a must for that track, such as certain sound on a keyboard.
Bounce tracks at unity gain (0)
Name all tracks properly like Lead Vox (vox=vocal) Snare Top, Bass, Kick, GTR1, etc
Label exported folder something like “Song Title”,98 BPM, 24 BIT 44.1K
Have vocals tuned at the studio you recorded it or let me know ahead of time that vocals need tuning, there is an option for vocal tuning in the mix packages.
If you have a reference track send that as well
Bounce an mp3 mix of everything as a guide to check and make sure everything is there.
